Will Oscam/CCcam clear Pick Tv with no or dummy boxkey

Trying soo hard to get Oscam/CCcam working ******* nightmare. Haven´t got my mates card to test at mo, so using a FTV card for which I don´t have the boxkey, just want to know if Oscam/CCcam will clear Pick TV with no or dummy boxid.
